Smart PDF Hub provides online, browser-based document utilities that process files automatically according to user actions.

  • No Storage or Publication: We do not host, publish, index, or make public any files uploaded by our users.
  • Automated File Erasure: Uploaded files are temporarily held solely to execute the requested operation (e.g., file conversion, compression, or editing) and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers shortly after processing (typically within 1 to 2 hours).
  • User Responsibility: Users are strictly required under our Terms of Service to possess the necessary rights and permissions before uploading any document to our platform.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through Smart PDF Hub infringes upon a copyright that you own or control, please submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email at ugoraya043@gmail.com.

To ensure your request is processed efficiently, your written notification MUST include all of the following details (pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Submitting Counter-Notifications

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Copyright Agent containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, along with the location where it previously appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to local jurisdiction for legal proceedings related to the claim.
